Orders and Shipping
We typically print and ship within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping takes about 5-7 days. We also offer expedited shipping which takes 2-3 days from the time of dispatch. If you need your order by a certain date please reach out so that we can make sure to accommodate.
When you checkout, you can save your information to be used for future purchases. You can then login using your e-mail address to check your order status, and make additional purchases.
If you’ve placed an order and need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If we haven’t shipped your order we can update the address.
Simply login to your account, and click on “My Orders.” You will see the status and tracking information if available. Our system also generates automatic e-mail notifications with shipping updates.
Our credit card processing is handled by Stripe, a third party provider. You can choose to save your credit card information at checkout. If you do, it is saved to Stripes encrypted servers.
We charge sales tax for the state of Utah.
We ship globally. Please note that global shipping times can vary significantly. If you have questions or concerns about an international shipment, feel free to reach out.
If you purchase multiple items in a single order we typically ship them together. The exception is if the items won’t fit into a single standard shipping container. If you place two separate orders within a short time frame, we will usually combine them into one package as well.
Returns and Exchanges
If there are any issues with your printed product, please reach out. We will fix any errors and reprint and ship your order for free. Alternatively, we will give you a full refund. Please reach out within 30 days.
Contact us, we will ship you the correct item, and provide a return label for the erroneous item if necessary.
Please contact us with a photograph of the damage. This allows us to file insurance claims with our postal providers. In the meantime, we will replace the damaged items.

The easiest way is to fill out the contact form below. You can also reach us by phone or email. We respond to messages in the order received.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible. If the item hasn’t shipped, we can update the shipping address with no issue. If we have already shipped your item, we may still be able to divert or recall the package, depending on the shipping provider we used. In some cases, it may not be possible to divert the package. Typically these will be returned to us. At that point we can fix the address and put it back in the mail.
If our designers/printers haven’t started processing your order, you can reach out to have us cancel the order. If you need to make a change (update quantity, size, shipping service, etc) please reach out as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate.
We don’t offer pre-orders, but reach out to us and we will see what we can do about getting an item back in stock ASAP so you can place an order.

Yes! Because we laminate all of our stickers, they are waterproof, scratch proof, and they won’t fade in the sun. Our waterproof stickers are perfectly fine going through the dishwasher, being outside, or on cars. They will last for years even in bad weather.
Our design team can work with virtually any file type. For best results we recommend a high resolution image such as a PNG or JPG, or a Vector file such as an SVG, AI, EPS etc. If you need help enhancing the resolution of your file, our team can help.

Yes, of course! You can purchase the closest size and leave a note at checkout, or contact us and we can give you a quote.
Our stickers have a permanent adhesive. They will stick for years without issue. However, they can be removed without leaving a sticky residue.
Yes! Many customers make stickers of their family / friends / pets. We can remove backgrounds and do other general editing for free. If you need the image cropped in some way, please leave a note at checkout so our design team understands what you would like done with your photo stickers.
