Shipping Policy

At Printiverse, we work to keep production fast and shipping clear. This policy explains how production time, shipping methods, transit times, and international shipping work.

Production Time

We strive for a 3 business day production time on most orders, and many orders ship within 1 business day.

Production time begins after your order is placed and all required files, details, and any proof approvals are complete. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Some orders may take longer depending on quantity, customization, specialty finishing, file issues, or higher seasonal volume. If an order is delayed beyond the normal production window, we will reach out.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping options may include:

  • UPS Next Day
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • USPS Standard
  • USPS Economy

International shipping is offered at cost based on the destination and the service selected.

Shipping speed refers to transit time after your order leaves our facility. It does not automatically shorten production time. If you have a firm deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can help you choose the best option for your timeline.

Domestic Shipping

Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin once the order has shipped.

Delivery timing may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, routing issues, or local carrier delays. Once a package is in transit, those delays are outside our control, but we are still happy to help if a shipment runs into trouble.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are charged at cost based on the service selected and the destination.

Delivery times for international orders vary by country, customs processing, and local delivery networks. Any duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless they are prepaid at checkout.

Proofs and Order Approval

If your order requires a proof, clarification, or updated files, production begins after approval is complete.

Fast proof approval helps keep your order moving on time.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships, when available. Please allow a short period for the carrier to begin updating the tracking record after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@printiverse.com. We can only update shipping information before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or is unusually delayed, please contact us at hello@printiverse.com and include your order number.

We will help review the shipment and, when needed, assist with the next steps. Claims involving damage may require photos of the package, shipping label, and contents.
