Accessibility Statement

Printiverse is working to make printiverse.com easier to use for more people, including people with disabilities. We want customers to be able to browse products, customize orders, upload artwork, review proofs, and contact us without unnecessary barriers.

Our Accessibility Goal

We look to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical standard when improving the site. Accessibility is ongoing, and some parts of the site may improve sooner than others.

How We Approach Accessibility

When we update pages and features, we work to make the experience clearer and easier to use across devices, keyboards, screen readers, and zoomed views. That includes things like readable page structure, clearer labels, improved contrast, and simpler navigation where practical.

Areas That May Need Improvement

Because Printiverse includes interactive tools and ordering steps, some parts of the site may not yet work equally well with every browser, device, or assistive technology. Some older content or third-party features may also have limitations. If you run into a problem, we want to hear about it. W3C and Section508.gov both recommend that accessibility statements explain the standard being used, note known limitations in plain language, and give people a clear way to report barriers.

Accessibility Feedback And Support

If you have trouble accessing any part of this website, please email us at hello@printiverse.com.

It helps if you include:

  • the page or product you were trying to access
  • what happened
  • the device and browser you were using
  • any assistive technology you were using, if relevant
  • the best way to reach you

We will do our best to provide the information you need or help you complete the task another way.

Third-Party Tools And Services

Some parts of our website may rely on third-party software or services. While we cannot control every part of those systems, we review reported issues and work to improve the overall experience where we can.

Ongoing Improvement

We review accessibility as we update templates, content, and site features. This statement may be revised as the site changes and as our accessibility work continues.
